Babak Movassaghi, PHD, MBA is a healthtech entrepreneur and seasoned operator focused on advancing next-generation models of care. As Co-Founder and COO of Nuoro, he brings more than two decades of leadership across digital health, medical imaging, and AI-driven clinical innovation. He previously founded and led InfiniteMD through its acquisition by Alight (NYSE: ALIT), and served as COO of 2nd.MD, acquired by Accolade (NASDAQ: ACCD). Babak also held executive roles at Philips Healthcare and Flex, where he built high-performing teams and led strategic partnerships across emerging technologies. He holds a Master’s in quantum physics, a PhD in biomedical engineering, and an MBA from MIT Sloan. A former professional wide receiver in the NFL and NFL-Europe, he is also the inventor of more than forty patents. His work sits at the intersection of technology, medicine, and human performance.

Steven Feiner is a multi-industry executive with over 25 years of experience building and running successful companies. Most recently, he served as a Special Advisor and Board Member for Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics, where he led the strategic process for the company’s multi-billion dollar partnership with TPG. Previously, Steven served as CEO and President of Baby Phat Apparel, driving international expansion and overseeing its successful acquisition by Oaktree Capital. His career includes leadership roles at Aris Industries and the He-ro Group, and he has cultivated deep relationships with investment leaders such as Guggenheim Partners and Eldridge Capital Management.

Alex Spiro is a New York–based partner and Co-Chair of the Investigations, Government Enforcement & White Collar Defense Practice at Quinn Emanuel. A graduate of Harvard Law School and former Manhattan prosecutor, he has tried more than fifty cases to verdict and represented clients in high-profile matters across the U.S. and Europe. Beyond his legal career, Alex lectures at Harvard Law School, chairs the Fair Punishment Project, and serves as Counsel to the Reform Alliance. He also sits on several corporate boards and brings to Nuoro a deep understanding of governance, ethics, and strategic oversight.

Ali is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Azura Partners. With 25 years of leadership experience between his decade in the military and his career in the financial services industry, he brings a unique blend of strategic and financial expertise. Prior to founding Azura Partners in June 2019, Ali was a Managing Director and Head of Key Clients Emerging Markets at Julius Baer, leading the Key Clients & UHNW division for Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Ali has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
