Results
Short results detail here
Anant’s primary complaint was back dysfunction, with no other joint-specific issues reported. He described moderate pain (6/10) that has persisted for approximately six months to two years, with no identifiable triggering injury or accident. Because of our RESTART Procedure, Anant now walks freely with no pain.

Clinical Observation

The left hip was not moving as it should, leading to compensatory patterns including shifting weight off the left leg, excessive knee bending, pelvic twisting, forward trunk lean, and inward foot rotation. Restrictions in the soft tissue layers of the hip and spine prevented normal sliding, causing pulling and bracing that resulted in uneven movement throughout the body.

Procedure

Hydro-Restoration Method

  • Under ultrasound guidance, a 25-gauge needle was inserted at key fascial choke points.
  • Adhesions were mechanically and hydraulically separated.
  • Tissue layers visibly regained shear, hydration, and glide.
  • Left ASIS, IC, PSIS fascial remodelling
Treatment Results

Post-Procedure Motion Capture Review

  • Stance Symmetry Restored: Left stance increased from 47.11% to 55.89%, indicating renewed confidence and load acceptance through the left leg—one of the strongest markers of functional recovery.
  • Normalized Hip Mechanics: Left hip range of motion improved from 43° to 48°, while the right hip demonstrated more controlled movement (55° to 57°), reflecting better bilateral coordination.
  • Reduced Knee Compensation: Left knee flexion decreased from 89° to 68°, showing that the hip has resumed its primary role in movement rather than relying on knee overcompensation.
  • Improved Pelvic Rotation: Pelvic rotation increased from 10° to 12°, suggesting restored spiral-line engagement and improved rotational efficiency.
  • Improved Foot Alignment: The left foot corrected from excessive internal rotation (–50°) to near-neutral alignment (+5°), demonstrating regained rotational control originating at the hip.

Walking mechanics are now more symmetrical, efficient, and less stressful on the body. With compensations resolved, overall fatigue is reduced, energy use is improved, and long-term risk of back and knee injury is significantly lowered.
